Working With Nordic as a Contractor

• 1. Submit Your Resume & Background — Email your resume or contractor profile to resumes@nordictechnicalsolutions.com with a brief overview of your skills, certs, and availability.
• 2. Clearance Tier Review — We’ll evaluate where you fit within our internal Tier structure based on your experience, operational integrity, and areas of specialty.
• 3. Screening & Interview — If shortlisted, you’ll be contacted for a brief video interview or screening call to discuss your niche, rates, and working style.
• 4. Agreement & Activation — You’ll receive our standard ICA + NDAA and once cleared, you'll be added to our rapid deployment roster for upcoming projects.
